Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All tags must be intact
The item should be in its original packaging
A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Intimate wear
Underwear
Lingerie
Shapewear
Personal-use garments

We also do not accept returns for:

Customized or personalized products
Special-order items
Products marked as Final Sale
Gift cards

Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

  • For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided only in the form of store credit redeemable on future purchases at Ladies Stop.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.
